How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who contacts Bandsgeorgia Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when phoning or contacting Bandsgeorgia Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, first take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Bandsgeorgia Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@bandsgeorgia.garden and include these items:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may also be able to help.
