Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use bandsgeorgia.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Bandsgeorgia Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut trees down, haul away fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. An independent provider does any work on your property, not Bandsgeorgia Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one job may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Price shifts with the job, the location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

Insurance

What this site says about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Contact your insurer or agent with questions.

Safety

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep clear of downed lines and notify your utility company. If life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Bandsgeorgia Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or has no mistakes.
